01Using CubeSight
Last updated: 22 October 2026. CubeSight is a puzzle game published by ompstudioman. These notes describe the free Android release and prepared iOS/iPadOS release and should be read alongside its privacy policy and the terms of the store through which you obtain it. Apple's Standard License Agreement applies to the App Store version; these notes do not replace it.
Use the game for personal play. The game, artwork, name, and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.
02Progress and virtual items
Progress and preferences are stored locally. Removing app data, uninstalling, or changing devices can result in lost progress. There is no studio cloud recovery in the current version.
Coins, appearances, and other virtual items are game features with no cash redemption or transfer facility. The game is free to download and real-money purchases are disabled. Eligible players may choose rewarded ads for coins; occasional interstitials may appear between completed Classic sessions. Virtual rewards have no cash value. Any future paid offering will provide its conditions before purchase.

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The applicable store processes downloads and any store transactions under its own terms.
