01About Musterlings
Last updated: 22 October 2026. This notice covers Musterlings for Android and iOS, published by Fatme Al Daouk under the studio name ompstudioman. The responsible publisher and contact address are shown above.
Musterlings is played offline without a studio account. It contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no analytics or crash-reporting services, no online multiplayer and no third-party data-collection SDKs. We do not collect, receive or share personal data through the game.
02Data stored on your device
The game saves your progress, earned in-game currency, unlocked units and abilities, goals, best record, tutorial hints already shown and settings such as volume, vibration and language in a file in the app's private storage on your device. This file is not uploaded to us or to anyone else.
This local storage is needed to provide the game you asked for. Where it constitutes personal data, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Musterlings does not ask for your name, age, email address, contacts or location.
03Permissions and platform services
On Android the game may use vibration for optional haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings. It does not ask for camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location access, and it does not need an internet connection to play.
Google Play, Apple's App Store and your operating system separately handle downloads, updates, account information, device diagnostics and backups according to their own policies and your settings. Local game data may be included in device or cloud backups that you control through your platform provider; this is an operating-system backup, not a studio cloud-save service.
04Children
Musterlings does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. Parents and guardians can contact us with any questions about the game.
05Support and information you send
If you email ompstudioman@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to provide. Include only the information needed to resolve your request, such as device model, game version and reproduction steps. Do not send passwords or payment details.
We use correspondence to answer your request: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where necessary to provide the game or respond to contractual enquiries, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f). Gmail, provided by Google, processes the correspondence to deliver and host email. We do not sell support messages or use them for advertising.
06Retention, deletion and your rights
Local progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game. We cannot see, retrieve or erase local files remotely. Support messages are retained while needed to resolve the enquiry, meet legal duties or establish or defend legal claims, and then deleted or anonymised.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection as applicable. Contact ompstudioman@gmail.com. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen. We update this notice when the game or its data practices change; the date above identifies the current text.
